Project Goals

To select a nickel superalloy in wire or powder format that can improve the performance and additive manufacturing processing for the fully 3D printed rocket application. The nickel superalloy must be able to withstand the extreme temperatures and stresses as the alloy is used for the primary structure and the propulsion parts of the rocket.
